Cool movement system! Pretty hard too! I got 16:34:40 ... or 16:37:10? Is the "Best Time" different from the time it shows you at the end of the game?
"Best Time" is your current best time, the engine has a a little bit of an issue when calculating the time and changes a few seconds (i don't know why)
